Pedestrian seriously injured in Market Place collision
A pedestrian has been seriously injured following an incident in Mansfield town centre this morning (Saturday 5th April).
It happened in the Market Place at around 10am when a lorry was in collision with the male pedestrian.
The man was air-lifted to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre with suspected life-altering injuries. Nobody else was hurt.
A cordon is in place while the scene is examined.
